This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management and delivery of projects that require significant change across multiple departments and business units. For the right candidate, this role can commence prior to September.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the financial industry.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively.
- Strong skills in risk management and mitigation planning.
- Experience in stakeholder management and change adoption.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working on agile projects.
- Ability to act as a Program Manager on an interim basis.
- Experience representing senior project stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the work efforts of resources aligned to the project.
- Integrate various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with change requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project integration.
