Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AIOps solutions for infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.
Develop event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Integrate monitoring and observability platforms with AIOps tools to provide centralized event management.
Implement automated incident detection, classification, enrichment, remediation, and escalation.
Reduce alert noise and event duplication through intelligent correlation and suppression.
Develop automation/runbooks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Integrate AIOps platforms with ServiceNow/ITSM, CMDB, monitoring, logging, and ticketing systems.
Work with APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management, and cloud monitoring solutions.
Build dashboards, operational metrics, and reports for infrastructure and application health.
Implement predictive monitoring to identify potential incidents before they impact production.
Support ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, SRE, application, and security teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and automation runbooks.
