We've partnered with household names in many industries to help them grow their customer base. Our approach differs from traditional marketing techniques so, NO DOOR TO DOOR. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide information about available products and services.
• Educate customers on product features, options, and promotions.
• Assist customers through the sales and enrollment process.
• Work closely with other team members to accomplish daily and team objectives.
• Travel locally to different retail locations when business needs require it.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail setting.
• Dependable, professional, and motivated.
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be able to travel locally between assigned locations.

Work Setting

This is an in-person position. You will interact directly with customers inside participating big-box retail locations. Some local travel between assigned locations may be required.

The position involves standing, walking, and communicating with customers throughout the workday.
