  • Hands-on experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setup, integration, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape/XCP, VT System, and related Vector tool chains.
  • Good knowledge of CAN and LIN communication protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of UDS / ISO 14229 diagnostic protocols and diagnostic test execution.
  • Experience with CAPL scripting for test automation and validation.
  • Experience with dSPACE HIL setups for ECU simulation, testing, and validation.
  • Development and execution of comprehensive HIL test cases covering functional, performance, robustness, and reliability requirements.
  • Experience in CANoe-based test case development and automated test execution.
  • Good understanding of Scripting and automation for test environments and regression testing.
  • Experience with AUTOSAR-based ECU validation and platform/application software testing.
  • Experience with 32-bit microcontrollers, embedded software, drivers, application software, and platform software.
  • Experience with embedded compilers and automotive development tool chains.
  • Strong understanding of ASPICE, particularly SWE.6 – Software Qualification Testing.
  • Experience in SWE.6 work products, test planning, test specification, execution, defect management, and test reporting.
  • Experience in Automotive Embedded Systems, preferably Battery Management System (Client) ECU development and validation.
  • Experience in Steering and Braking system test-case development, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
  • Experience with requirements management and traceability using tools such as JAMA and IBM DOORS.
  • Experience with JIRA and GIT for defect tracking, task management, configuration management, and collaboration.
  • Ability to establish and maintain requirements-to-test-case traceability.
  • Experience in test planning, test execution, regression testing, defect tracking, analysis, and test reporting.
  • Ability to lead SW validation activities independently from test planning through final reporting.
  • Experience supporting ASPICE assessments and compliance activities.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and electronic laboratory skills.
  • Good understanding of automotive test processes, verification and validation methodologies.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification/knowledge is preferred.
