On-site Senior Network Engineer (Level 3) - Reno, NV. Rate: $78/hr (1099).

Site address: downtown Reno.

Start: Monday, November 16, 2026.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, 40 hours/week.

Duration: 12-month contract, auto-renewing.

Headcount: 1 engineer.

Required skills:

- Cisco ACI (APIC, EPGs, Contracts, Fabric Troubleshooting)

- Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA)

- Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center)

- Cisco ISE, 802.1X and Network Access Control (NAC)

- Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama, NAT, Security Policies)

- Site-to-site IPSec VPN

- Enterprise WLAN, Cisco 9800 WLC, RF optimization and roaming

- BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, TCP/IP

- Wireshark

Responsibilities:

- Lead L3 troubleshooting and resolution of complex network incidents across LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center and security environments

- Design, implement and support Cisco ACI, SDA, wireless and Palo Alto solutions

- Manage network hardware lifecycle, software upgrades and infrastructure enhancements

- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions

- Support P1 bridge calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents

- Collaborate with infrastructure, application and security teams

- Deliver on-site data centre support to maintain round-the-clock operations

Preferred:

- Experience in large-scale enterprise or manufacturing environments

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Cisco, Palo Alto or related certifications

Ideal for a hands-on network professional with deep expertise in Cisco ACI, SDA, Wireless, Security and Enterprise Networking.
