Certifications:Mandatory Experience:- RN Outpatient Clinic
- Manage Epic nurse in-boxes and work queues
- Triage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messages
- Process medication refill requests and route for provider signature as needed
- Manage and coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results
- Support high acuity neurology patients, including infusion related coordination (e.g., Leqembi)
- Transcribe and document voicemail messages into Epic
- Process inbound clinical faxes requiring provider review or signature
- Abstract and enter labs (e.g., Invitae / GeneDx genetic testing)
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient safety and continuity of care across assigned providers
- Perform other duties as within the scope of a Registered Nurse
- Shift: 5 x 8 Days
