Senior Program Manager SailPoint & PAMLocation: Bethlehem, PA or Holmdel, NJ We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to govern enterprise SailPoint development and Identity Governance initiatives, with working knowledge of Privileged Access Management.
Key Responsibilities- Govern SailPoint application onboarding, integrations, workflows, certification campaigns, access requests, JML processes, reporting, and enhancements.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate developers, security teams, application owners, vendors, auditors, and regional stakeholders.
- Establish standardized development, testing, release, and operational governance.
- Track security risks, audit findings, and identity-control remediation.
- Support PAM initiatives involving privileged-account onboarding, service accounts, credential rotation, approvals, and session management.
Required Experience- 7 years of technology project or program-management experience.
- 3 years managing IAM, IGA, SailPoint, or cybersecurity programs.
- Understanding of SailPoint application onboarding, JML, certifications, provisioning, workflows, connectors, and access governance.
- Working knowledge of PAM platforms, preferably CyberArk.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry is preferred. Certification
- CISSP or CISM not mandatory.
