Sr. Program Manager – Clinical Data Review
Location: 6820 Wedgewood Road N., Maple Grove, MN (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $53–$57/hr
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Extension Potential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of clinical data review processes across Global Clinical Operations. This role partners with Clinical Data Management leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive clinical process improvements, program execution, and organizational change.
Lead implementation of clinical data review processes and capabilities across clinical operations.
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional clinical stakeholders and drive alignment on program objectives.
Support change management, process implementation, and organizational adoption.
Facilitate governance meetings and prepare executive presentations, implementation materials, and leadership updates.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and drive timely execution of key initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
8+ years of clinical research experience.
Strong clinical data management knowledge, including clinical trial data review and database reporting.
Program and project leadership experience in clinical research or clinical operations.
Experience leading cross-functional programs and process implementations.
Clinical trial execution and clinical data review process knowledge.
Program planning, timeline management, risk tracking, and dependency management.
Stakeholder management, change management, and implementation support.
Executive presentations and program status reporting.
Medical device or pharmaceutical clinical trial experience.
Experience implementing clinical data review processes across global organizations.
PMP, Prosci, or equivalent project management or change management certification.
Advanced experience partnering with Clinical Data Management leadership.
