- Work in parallel with the program & project managers and ensure that the Client expectations are met
- Leading Steer Co Meetings, secure client approve for major milestones and preparing material for presentations
- Turning high-level company goals into clear, step-by-step program roadmaps.
- Manage and mitigate threats that impact multiple projects, budgets, or regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing multi-million-dollar funds and tracking actual spending against forecasts
Proving that the money spent results in actual financial or operational gains and client deliverables
