Job Title : Test Automation Engineer Location : Plano, TX (Onsite) Duration : 6 Months
Salary Range: $40.00 - $42.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits). Applicants must be willing to work on W2.
Role Description:
10+ Testing Experience with Functional and Automation Testing – Selenium, Cucumber, Java, TypeScript.
At least 2+ Years Experience with Playwright Automation, being able to independently work on building automation scripts from scratch and maintaining existing scripts using this framework.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience on service/API testing – Postman / Rest Assured.
Capable of efficiently evaluating automation feasibility UI vs API vs Manual.
Experience with CI/CD integration for scheduled automation and regression.
Lead distributed functional, integration, automation and regression testing teams across the implementation lifecycle.
Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, including policy administration, underwriting, rating, billing, claims, and integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with business, product, technology, vendor, and program teams to support successful releases and go-live readiness.
Define test plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, environments, test data, schedules, and quality metrics.
Should be capable of adapting to new automation tools and frameworks.
Requires Skills:
Must-Have Experience in 4–7 years in Advanced Java Concepts.
