Description:
• Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse Manager, leading a dynamic nursing team in a school-based health center in Paltz, NY.
• This full-time position requires hands-on leadership, ensuring patient-centered outcomes through effective management of processes, technology, and staff.
• The role is onsite, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 04:00pm, and rotating Saturdays.
Requirements:
• Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in ambulatory, medical surgical, or ER setting preferred
• Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated ability in telephone triage and diagnosis procedures
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Current BCLS certification
• Infection Control Certificate
• Child Abuse Certificate
• Critical thinking for problem solving
