Certifications/Licenses:- Education: BSN required
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license
- Certifications: BLS/CPR and ACLS required
Mandatory Experience: - RN Progressive Care Unit
- Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- No floating required
- Scheduling Requirements
- 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Every third weekend
- Holiday coverage will be based on unit staffing needs. At least one will be required.
- Extended vacation during the hospital's holiday blackout period,12/23–1/3, cannot be accommodated, although an individual holiday off may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- BSN
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS/CPR
- ACLS
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, high-turnover PCU environment
