Introduction
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). This role involves managing a component of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for a single business unit. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and development of technology solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in design principles and design patterns.
- 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
- Experience gathering required information into Business Requirements, Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios.
- Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum Master environment.
- Proficiency in Scrum, sprint planning, burndown and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the implementation of programs, projects, or processes.
- Coordinate the translation of business strategy into work programs and processes.
- Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management.
