Role Descriptions:
" Hands-on ShareGate Migrate Pro: job configuration, mapping files, incremental and delta passes, activation management within the licensed machine count
" Microsoft Migration Manager: agent deployment, jump-box and local-agent topology, task scheduling
" Windows file server and SMB share administration; NTFS ACL interpretation
" Pre-migration scanning and error-log analysis; root-causing timeouts, failures and skipped items
" Metadata fidelity created and modified dates, authorship, versioning, permission inheritance
" Illegal-character, long-path and unsupported-file-type remediation
" OneDrive sync client troubleshooting: sync conflicts, cached-file issues, client reset
" Post-migration reconciliation file counts, spot validation, delta reporting
" Working PowerShell for job automation and log parsing
