Job Description: Oracle Subscription Management Lead
Job Description
- 15 years on Oracle platforms, including 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations; prior role as Subscription Solution Architect in customer-facing projects.
- Lead complex subscription and recurring-revenue transformation programs across industries, securing client stakeholder buy-in.
- 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud: product and pricing setup, Install base-coverage entitlements, subscription lifecycle (new, amendment, renewal, suspension, termination), billing plans, usage-based and tiered pricing.
- Strong working knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Product Hub, Install base, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Management Cloud across the quote-to-revenue flow.
- Design integrations with CPQ/CRM (Oracle CX, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce), third-party billing/usage systems and billing applications integrations.
- Experience with complex scenarios: co-terming, proration, upgrades/downgrades, bundles, auto-renewals, price escalations, credits/rebills, legacy contract migration; understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn).
- Influence business and IT stakeholders to design industry point solutions and drive new business.
- Anchor consultant experience at both onsite and offshore delivery centers.
- Strong analytical, solution design, people management, and client-connect skills.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience (Oracle AIM/OUM, Agile).
- Drive knowledge management in Finance and O2C.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel.
Required Capabilities / Skills
- Deep Oracle Fusion Cloud solution knowledge with multi-industry specialization (SaaS, tech, manufacturing, services).
- Expert in the subscription-to-cash value chain: Subscription Management, Install Base, Order Management, Pricing and integration with Receivables, Revenue Management.
- Ability to translate subscription business models (recurring, usage-based, hybrid, outcome-based) into Oracle configuration, billing rules, and accounting treatment.
- Proven solution governance across multiple Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Expertise with Supply Chain orchestration knowledge.
- Propose point solutions using OTBI/BI Publisher, OIC, Visual Builder, AI/automation.
- Strong architecture and system design for scalable solutions.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and innovate.
- Strong people management with a focus on mentorship.
