Role : Technical Program Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Salary $140000 per annum
AIOps, Intelligent Operations & Service Reliability
- 12 years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure operations, service management, observability, automation or related disciplines, including significant leadership of complex enterprise programs.
- Demonstrated success as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Service Transformation Lead, IT Operations Manager or equivalent senior role.
- Hands-on experience shaping or delivering AIOps, observability, intelligent incident management, automation or AI-assisted support initiatives in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management and operations practices, including incident, major incident, problem, change, event, knowledge, service level and continual improvement management.
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects while also communicating outcomes, risks and investment choices to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience managing distributed teams, third parties and platform vendors across multiple technical workstreams.
- Working understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, APIs, data integration, security, privacy, resiliency and production support controls.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
