Fiber Internet Sales Representative

About the role

Home Front Solutions is recruiting full-time Fiber Internet Sales Representatives for outdoor, door-to-door residential sales. Our team is based in the Triad.

Training provided

All training is provided. No prior sales experience is required. Learn the approved internet offer, customer conversations, ordering process and installation handoff. Retail, wireless sales, customer service and hospitality experience can be useful.

Work location

• Reporting location: Main Street, Southern Pines, NC.
• Your provider and sales territory will be confirmed before field work.
• Review the reporting schedule and travel expenses before starting.

Commission pay

This is a 1099 independent-contractor role paid only by commission. Estimated potential commissions are $2,000-$3,000 per week; pay depends on eligible sales. Qualifying commissions are processed for target Friday direct deposit under the written plan.

$5,000 performance bonus

Complete your first 90 days and at least 150 completed installations within those same 90 days. The clock starts on your first field day. Both requirements apply. The written plan governs eligibility, verification, cancellations, chargebacks and payment timing.

What you will do

• Start conversations with residents through neighborhood prospecting and face-to-face sales.
• Confirm address eligibility through the approved process.
• Explain approved fiber internet plans, pricing and offer conditions accurately.
• Record accurate orders, maintain customer follow-up and support the installation handoff.
• Respect residents' decisions and do-not-knock requests.

What you will need

• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with active data.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform outdoor, in-person work with or without reasonable accommodation.
