CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING& DASHBOARDS
- Build Power Bl portfolio, risk, status, OKR, and owner-supplied value dashboard
- Deliverexecutiveand LPM reporting packs for the governance cadence
- Maintain Power Bl dataset and dashboard quality, refresh, and distribution
DATA & REPORTING STANDARDS
- Define portfolio reporting standards, metric definitions, and data requirements
- Use Operations supplied source data and extracts to build reporting datasets
- Report value measures supplied by business owners, who own value realization
- Report adoption and usage. Monitor reporting completeness and timeliness
INSIGHTS & AUTOMATION
- Produce trend, bottleneck, and readiness analyses from portfolio data
- Automate recurring reporting, alerts, and distribution
- Design, test, and improve CoPilot Studio reporting agents
