- Current, unencumbered Utah or compact state RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current Wound Care certification preferred but not required
- Have full COVID-19 vaccination, or approved exemption
Mandatory Experience: - RN Oncology
- 3+ years experience
