This is a PACU / Pre-Post Registered Nurse travel contract at an Acute Care Facility in Santa Rosa, CA. Start times for Pre/Post vary dependent on the area assigned for the day, staggering from 0600 to 0830, and candidates must be flexible in their schedule. Nurses scheduled for PACU are expected to stay and finish the day, as outpatient surgery does not have shift relief. First-time travelers are welcome for this position.

• Provide nursing care in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) and Pre/Post operative areas
• Adapt to variable start times ranging from 0600 to 0830 depending on area assignment for the day
• Remain flexible in scheduling to meet department needs
• Nurses assigned to PACU are expected to stay and complete the full day, as outpatient surgery does not have shift relief
• Maintain patient ratios as required by the unit

• CA State RN License required
• Pending license accepted

• Minimum 1 year of PACU/nursing experience required
