Job Description

Your Role at RedZone Technologies

At RedZone Technologies, we're looking for a Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to own the successful delivery of our cybersecurity services across the full client lifecycle: onboarding, ongoing delivery, and renewal, for an assigned portfolio of clients. You'll be the primary coordination point between your clients and RedZone's internal delivery, engineering, sales, and support teams.

This role combines project coordination, client relationship management, and operational discipline. Your job on any given day is to keep three things true: every client knows where their engagement stands before they have to ask, every active project shows a current status anyone could pick up, and every risk is surfaced early never absorbed quietly. CDMs work as a team, share a rotation for new-client assignments, and back each other up so delivery never depends on one person.

What You'll Do

Lead Client Onboarding and Kickoff

  • Own onboarding for assigned clients from contract execution through full operational readiness, completing it within the target delivery window
  • Run kickoff calls, confirm scope and timeline, set client expectations for each phase, and send same-day recaps
  • Issue the Request for Information (RFI), manage its return, and use it to start the delivery timeline

Coordinate Service Delivery

  • Own ongoing delivery after onboarding, coordinating with testers/consultants, QA, engineering, and accounting to schedule work, resolve issues, and manage scope changes through the right channels
  • Track every active engagement through its delivery stages, keep board status current on the weekly cadence, and surface blockers early
  • Coordinate quality review, report delivery, and the scheduling and running of client review calls

Own Client Communication and Experience

  • Serve as the single named point of contact for your portfolio, with proactive weekly status updates to every active client
  • Acknowledge client messages same business day and escalate risks before they become problems bad news travels fast, from you first
  • Prepare for and participate in business reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews)

Maintain Operational and Data Discipline

  • Keep accurate, current records for every assigned client in the delivery-management platform, following board and naming conventions
  • Handle sensitive client information (IP addresses, physical locations, shipping details) securely approved systems only, never unsecured channels
  • Complete clean offboarding: completion letter, logistics closeout, record archived, and client record reconciled

Support Renewal and Retention

  • Monitor account health, track the renewal horizon, and flag retention risks early
  • Engage Sales at defined triggers for scope changes, expansions, and renewals you own the relationship and the delivery truth; Sales owns the commercial conversation
  • Manage channel-partner engagements per partner communication and invoicing rules

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in client delivery, account management, project coordination, or customer success, preferably in a services or technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements with strong organization and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including running client calls and writing clear recap and status communications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Technical Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity services (preferred): familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, compliance (CMMC, SOC 2), and business continuity
  • Delivery tooling: comfort with project-management, delivery, and CRM platforms; experience with Monday.com and/or a client delivery portal (e.g., PlexTrack) is a plus
  • Certifications (preferred): project-management or customer-success certification (PMP, CSM, CCSM)

Core Skills & Traits

  • Coordination and project discipline keeps many moving parts on track without dropping details
  • Client-facing communication clear, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Ownership and accountability drives engagements to completion and owns the outcome, escalating early rather than after the deadline
  • Cross-functional collaboration works effectively with sales, engineering, delivery, QA, and support
  • Process and data discipline follows security and documentation standards consistently, and is comfortable following and improving written process in a company mid-standardization

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Comfortable operating on a shared team rotation with mutual backup coverage

Benefits

  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development in a growing technical environment
