What you'll do
- Own delivery for complex aerospace programs from development through production launch.
- Lead customer communications and engagement on commitments, risks, and milestones.
- Run the integrated master schedule, manage costs, and drive risk identification and mitigation.
- Guide cross-functional teamsengineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customerstoward crisp, on-time outcomes.
- Apply phase-gate rigor and Lean practices to accelerate NPI and ensure production readiness for commercial, military, and space applications.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years in aerospace or advanced manufacturing; experience with primes/Tier 1 suppliers is highly desired.
- Program/project leadership within engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on work with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers).
- Strong grasp of schedule, cost, risk, and execution fundamentals.
- Background in NPI, product development, or phase-gate programs, and exposure to complex fabrication.
- Fluency in Lean Manufacturing principles and phase-gate/Stage-Gate processes.
