Interview Sessions
To accommodate candidate flow, interviews will be conducted during two sessions:

• 9:00 AM CST
• 2:00 PM CST

Candidates will be interviewed on a first-come, first-served basis within their assigned session.
Candidate Submission RequirementsShift Detail7 Day Shift openings 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM 2 Night Shift openings 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Responsibilities:

• Manufacture PDC (diamond) drill bits including fabrication, finishing, repair, and inspection activities.
• Perform CNC machining, welding, brazing, plotting, grinding, painting, and furnacing.
• Conduct quality inspection and final clean-up.
• Engage in general repair and rework operations.
• Learn multiple manufacturing processes and work across operational areas as production demands require.

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn a new trade.
• Interest in building a long-term manufacturing career.

• Reside within a 20-mile radius of the work location.
