Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Water Damage Restoration
SB Restorations is looking for a motivated, outgoing sales representative who is comfortable knocking on doors, connecting with homeowners, and turning new opportunities into signed projects.
This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on commissions. Your earnings are tied to your sales results, with high earning potential for driven representatives who consistently prospect, follow up, and close business.
You’ll help grow our roofing and water damage mitigation business by finding homeowners who need our services. This role involves actively generating your own opportunities through door-to-door prospecting.
What you’ll do
- Knock on doors in our service area to introduce SB Restorations and identify potential roofing or water damage needs.
- Talk with homeowners about roof replacement, leaks, and water damage concerns.
- Schedule inspections or assessments with the appropriate team member.
- Explain proposed services, answer questions, and help homeowners understand the next steps.
- Follow up on estimates, address objections, and close sales.
- Keep accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-up conversations.
- Coordinate with our team to communicate homeowner needs and project details.
- Represent SB Restorations professionally and respect homeowners’ property and decisions.
Who we’re looking for
- Someone comfortable with daily door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face sales.
- A confident communicator who listens, builds trust, and follows through.
- A self-motivated person who can stay organized and handle rejection.
- Someone comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
- Sales, canvassing, roofing, restoration, solar, or home improvement experience is a plus.
