Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, or general production experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Set up machines, load materials, and monitor equipment during production runs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Load and unload materials and ensure supplies are available for production.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete production paperwork, quality records, and machine logs accurately.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills and the ability to measure and inspect products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to follow all workplace safety requirements.

SHIFTS 4AM to 4PM Monday - Friday $18.58 hr
