Responsibilities
- Conduct tests on HVAC systems to evaluate performance, efficiency, and safety.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing protocols and procedures.
- Document test results and analyze data to provide insights for product improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate testing conditions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize designs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and laboratory testing procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a lab environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and reporting.
