Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Shift / Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Drug Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Santa Rosa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and precise operation of manufacturing equipment, accurate measurement of raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients, and thorough documentation in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and monitor drug manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients, ensuring proper ratios and formulations during the blending process.
  • Complete batch record documentation and work orders per cGMP guidelines with minimal errors or corrections.
  • Maintain cleanroom and production facility cleanliness, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are kept in a state of good repair.
  • Complete all mandatory training programs, including cGMP compliance and environmental health & safety (EHS) modules, in a timely manner.
  • Follow established safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, biotech, or medical manufacturing preferred.
  • Familiarity with cGMP standards and cleanroom environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict step-by-step instructions and batch records.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the production floor during scheduled shifts.
