Build trusted relationships with residents while supporting safety, treatment goals, daily routines, community participation, and practical life skills. Compensation: $16–$19 per hour
What you'll do
- Mentor residents and help them work toward individual treatment goals.
- Support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care.
- Facilitate household routines, skill-building groups, activities, and community outings.
- Maintain assigned supervision levels and respond to safety or crisis concerns.
- Provide safe transportation in company vehicles when assigned.
- Complete timely service notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six to twelve months of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting people with autism, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs.
- Reliable attendance, clear communication, and willingness to work a scheduled residential shift.
- Ability to follow treatment plans, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
