Position Summary

At All That Housing, we're passionate about creating exceptional housing experiences for our guests and clients. The Client Services& Account Coordinator is a hands-on role that helps bring those experiences to life through a combination of account support, guest coordination, property inspections, move-in management, and operational assistance.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping many moving pieces organized. The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Services and Guest Services team to ensure guests feel supported, homes are move-in ready, and our clients receive the responsive, personalized service that sets All That Housing apart.

What You'll Do

• Support client accounts and housing programs by delivering housing options & solutions in a timely manner
• Successfully coordinate individual and group housing placements.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and move-ins.
• Conduct property inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Assist with home setups, deliveries, and operational logistics.
• Partner with the Guest Services team to support guest needs.
• Maintain housing records, schedules, and documentation.
• Visit properties and assist with local operational support.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and clients.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, operations, corporate housing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong client service mindset and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally and sometimes nationally for inspections, property visits, and errands.
• Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting client accounts, customer relationships, or service programs.
• Experience tracking projects, reservations, schedules, or program requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM/PMS database systems.
• Experience in hospitality, relocation, property management, staffing, or other service-based industries.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated compensation for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location
