Job Title:Team Leader- Project Management

Position Summary:

The Team Leader of Project Management is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Project Management team. They will be involved in creating department-level operational plans that support the overall company strategies. They oversee the day-to-day operations of their team, setting priorities, managing and distributing the projects and workload, ensuring efficient processes are in place and followed, and teammates are meeting their goals. Leading the team includes training and development of associates, performance management, and creating an environment which promotes trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesiveness by acting as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor.

Focus on Door County and Green Bay area with occasional Eagle River/Three Lakes area.

Pro Core Software experience.

Luxury Homes PM experience and/or High End Commercial.

50/50 in field and in De Pere, WI office.

45-50 hours a week with flexible schedule.
