Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Operations Support will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Support Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr operations.
- Process parts through manual and automated manufacturing operations.
- Perform high-volume visual inspections and part handling.
- Conduct assembly tasks using a microscope.
- Handle part deburring, cleaning, and sorting activities.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for part sorting and inspection.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production processes.
Required Skills- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Experience with high-volume parts inspection and handling.
- Microscopic inspection experience.
- Part deburring, cleaning, and handling experience.
