Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: [Location – prioritize candidates within 35–40 miles]
Pay Rate: $19.83/hour
Duration: 4 months

The Customer Service Representative will process customer orders, track shipments, provide delivery information, resolve product/order inquiries, and support field sales and service representatives. The role requires hands-on experience with order entry and customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Customer order entry via phone, fax, and EDI

• Order tracking and shipment status management

• Processing standing orders and special pricing agreements

• Handling customer inquiries related to orders, products, and deliveries

• Proof of delivery (POD) tracking and documentation

• Supporting field sales and service representatives with order placement and inquiries

• Experience maintaining high order-entry and transaction accuracy

• Experience with EDI order processing systems

• Experience supporting regional customer accounts

• Knowledge of product catalogs, pricing agreements, and special-order processes

• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or product-based customer service
