Duties

• Provide back up support for our producers after the sale of a policy.
• Providing customer and other information to the insurance companies we represent as they request it.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while addressing client concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions.
