As an Asset Protection Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring our Access Control System and CCTV, investigating theft concerns, and conducting facility audits. You will respond to critical incidents, support case development, and ensure compliance with security standards. Your role will be vital in maintaining accurate documentation and assisting in the effectiveness of our security technology.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in retail Asset Protection or Retail Loss Prevention.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to detect and evaluate unusual behavior and circumstances.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience interacting with all levels of management and civil authorities.
