CW Collision Repair is a locally owned, family-operated collision repair facility in Boise, Idaho, with over 20 years of industry experience. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Auto Body Technician to join our growing team.

We're not a corporate chain, and we don't believe in treating technicians like production numbers. We genuinely care about our employees, appreciate their hard work, and believe in providing the tools, support, and steady workload they need to succeed.

We currently have over 100 body labor hours available per week, offering excellent earning potential for a skilled, motivated technician.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of makes and models.
• Complete structural and non-structural repairs, including panel replacement, metalwork, and welding.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and industry safety standards.
• Properly disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed.
• Identify additional damage and communicate necessary repairs to the estimator.
• Work efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with our team to keep repairs moving through production.

Qualifications

• Previous professional auto body collision repair experience required.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair methods, equipment, and tools.
• Experience with welding, panel replacement, and structural repairs.
• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures and repair vehicles correctly.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned repairs efficiently.
• Dependable, motivated, and a positive team player.
• I-CAR or industry certifications are a plus, but not required.
