What You'll DoProvide direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Active Oregon RN license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
