Compensation:$41,600 - $59,000
Responsibilities:- Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure all funds are disbursed accurately
- Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts
- Adhere to all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement and monitor progress
- Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lenders
- Conduct professional interaction and coordinate with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, realtors, brokers, buyers, and sellers
Qualifications:- 3+ years of real estate closing escrow transactions experience with residential sales, REO, refinance, short sale escrow, or commercial
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a strong understanding of real estate contracts, mortgage loans, title commitments, and title insurance
- Firm understanding of real estate law, title and insurance, company policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience high school diploma required
