Residential Kitchen Installation Apprentice

Picture your morning: you meet up with your crew, load the tools, review the plan, and head out to transform a homeowner’s kitchen. By mid-day you’re helping set cabinets and trim, dialing in the details that make a remodel feel finished. Before the day ends, you’ll walk the homeowner through a carpentry checklist, confirm they’re thrilled with the results, and coordinate with management for final sign-off and payment authorization. Then it’s back home most nights in your own bed.

• Base hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
• Team-centered environment with clear paths for advancement

• Install home remodeling products to Mad City’s quality standards and procedures
• Handle finish work and trim so every project looks polished
• Partner with management at project completion to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Review and complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner

• At least 6 months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction
• Background with window replacements and/or wrapping windows is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong communication and customer-service skills to work well with homeowners and teammates

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
