Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $18 - $21 hourly

• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

• Answer incoming calls and schedule them inside ServiceTitan

• Make outbound calls to fill the schedule

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
