About the Role

In this role, you will provide hands-on support to the people we serve, assisting with daily routines, personal care, and skill-building activities. You will be a mentor, advocate, and encouraging presence, helping each individual pursue personal goals and participate meaningfully in the life of the community. Your work directly shapes an inclusive environment where dignity and choice guide every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
What We Look For

We welcome candidates who bring warmth, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. Prior experience in direct care, human services, or caregiving is valued, though we encourage applicants who are new to the field and eager to learn. Above all, we seek people who share our commitment to building an inclusive culture for the individuals we serve.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable driving record, as transportation support may be required.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and assist with physical support tasks safely.
  • Strong communication skills and the patience to work with individuals of varying needs.
  • Willingness to complete required training and certifications.
