Corporate / Technology Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate / Technology Associate Attorney to join a global law firm at the center of the technology and venture capital ecosystem.

Locations: Boston, Massachusetts; San Francisco, California; Silicon Valley, California

The attorney will advise technology companies, founders, venture capital funds, growth equity firms, and other institutional and strategic investors throughout the business lifecycle. The practice offers exposure to a broad range of private market transactions, including company formation, seed-stage financings, growth equity rounds, tender offers, secondary sales, strategic M&A, IPOs, and exits.

• Advise technology companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters
• Work on complex private equity and venture capital transactions
• Counsel clients throughout various stages of the business lifecycle
• Gain meaningful client contact and responsibility early in your career
• Collaborate with attorneys across a globally recognized technology and private capital practice
• Develop a broad-based practice with exposure to emerging companies, venture capital, growth equity, and strategic transactions

• Outstanding academic credentials
• Comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
• Deal sheet required

$225,000–$260,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
