Production Associate / Kit Packer 1st Shift

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256
Pay: $17.50 per hour, W-2
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM–10:30 AM. Overtime may be available Friday afternoon and Saturday. Holiday weeks may follow eight-hour workdays.
Start: Anticipated within 1–2 weeks

Join Roche Diagnostics as a Production Associate supporting the assembly and packaging of care kits and diabetic testing meters. This entry-level role includes light assembly, packing, labeling, basic quality checks, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble care kits and include product literature and instructions.
• Pack, label, and palletize shipping boxes.
• Perform basic quality inspections and follow work and safety procedures.
• Complete housekeeping and 5S tasks.
• Stand for extended periods and work collaboratively with the team.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable with repetitive light assembly and packaging tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work scheduled overtime when needed.
