Through engaging activities and tailored support, we empower those with special needs to thrive. Our services don’t stop thereour Supported Living program extends into the community, offering opportunities to make a positive impact beyond our doors.

As an Experienced Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in creating a supportive and enriching environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with special needs in their daily activities, both in our Day-Treatment Program and in the community.
• Encouraging personal growth by fostering independence and supporting individual goals.
• Creating a positive and engaging environment through meaningful interactions and activities.
• Promoting safety and well-being while offering compassionate care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs or in a caregiving role.
• A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to enriching the lives of others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• A willingness to engage in both structured activities and community-based support.
