Customer Service Representative – $20–$28/Hour
Euclid, OH | Onsite | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
$20–$28 per hour based on experience
Looking for a stable Monday–Friday position with great hours and competitive pay? We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an established industrial/manufacturing operation in Euclid.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, solving problems, and being part of a busy team.
What You'll Do:
Process and enter customer orders accurately
Prepare and provide customer quotes
Coordinate shipments with the warehouse
Send invoices and process credits for returns or short shipments
Prepare and send material certifications and certification packages
Communicate with customers regarding orders, questions, and concerns
Follow up on issues and help resolve customer problems
Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or an industrial environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Good problem-solving skills
Experience entering orders into an ERP or order management system
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
Experience with inside sales, fasteners, MRO products, or industrial distribution is a major plus!
