Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned weekend shifts.

• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies.

• Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor nursing documentation and clinical practices.

• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance oversight.

• Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and effectively.

• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations.

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Previous RN supervisory experience required.

• Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Reliable attendance and professionalism.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
