Administrative Registered Nurse

Avery Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse for an administrative role at a surgery center in Atlanta, GA.

The RN Surgical Liaison will work with the patients from the first appointment until the last appointment or surgery. If they dohave surgery, then the RN liaison will also make sure the patient understands their care and next steps to recovery. The position is full time hours Mon- Fri, 8:45-5pm. The RN will document in EClinical Works. This person will be on the phones most of the day speaking with patients about their care and answering any questions they may have.

• 65-70 cases a month
• On Call during work hours only
• Work closely with the doctors and staff
• No clinical assisting or procedures
• Will need to research and investigate sometimes on the cases.
• MUST be organized, detail oriented and like talking with patients.
• Patient education
• Will work in own office 5 days a week
• On the phones a lot!
