YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

? Greet members and deliver fast, accurate, friendly service
? Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
? Update account information and answer member questions
? Show members how to get the most out of online banking
? Match members with products and services that fit their goals
? Balance your cash drawer and keep records accurate
? Build real relationships with members and back up your teammates

WHAT YOU BRING

? A positive attitude and a heart for helping people
? Clear communication and a sharp eye for detail
? Comfort with computers and learning new systems
? High school diploma or GED
? 1–3 years of customer service, cash handling, or banking experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
