QA Analyst

Location:Mason, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Pay rate: $54/hr on W2
Schedule:40 hours/week; no overtime

Job Description

Client is seeking an experiencedQA Analystto support client and broker portals. The ideal candidate will drive quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), perform manual and automated testing, manage test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable software delivery.

We are looking for a proactive QA professional who can leverage AI tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, and overall quality.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, test architecture, and black-box/grey-box testing.
• Experience with UI, backend/batch, and ETL/data conversion testing.
• Proficiency in SQL, database validation, test data management, and test environments.
• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for test case and test data generation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AccelQ, security testing, and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Facets and managed vision care, healthcare, or retail.
• Willingness to support business analysis and requirements development.
