Job Title: Merchandiser
Location: Weston, WI
Duration: 1 Month Contract
Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday)
Pay Rate: $21/Hr
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company products according to rotation standards, minimizing out-of-code and damaged products.
- Ensure company equipment is clean, functional, properly maintained, and presented to brand standards.
- Execute merchandising routines, displays, promotions, and new programs in assigned accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, product launches, inventory levels, and merchandising opportunities.
- Coordinate product pickups/exchanges for damaged, dented, out-of-code, or out-of-stock products.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with retail managers and customers.
- Maintain required delivery, mileage, fuel, training, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with the sales team and share best practices to grow and protect the company's product portfolio.
- Represent the brand professionally and follow all company safety and driving standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills.
- Good smartphone/technology skills.
- Strong time management and punctuality.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with required insurance coverage.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous merchandising experience preferred.
