The Corporate Assistant Controller will be a key member of the corporate accounting leadership team. What You Will Do

  • Partner with finance and executive leadership to implement technology solutions that improve accounting operations and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate accounting team.
  • Oversee financial reporting and the month-end close, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Streamline accounting processes and drive automation across the function.
  • Strengthen internal controls across a complex, multi-entity, multi-site organization.
  • Lead ERP optimization and implementation initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional projects that improve organizational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA is strongly preferred.
  • 10 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
  • 5 or more years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing accounting teams.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
  • Experience in healthcare or another multi-site environment is a plus.

Why This Role

  • A competitive base salary of $170,000 to $200,000.
  • A flexible hybrid schedule with only 1 day per week in the office.
  • A meaningful mission and an organization with a strong, people-first culture.
  • A visible leadership seat with the backing to modernize the finance function.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
